A - The Bulk Bags will hold larger bulky items such as: Sheets, large Bath Sheets or Pool Towels, Blanket, Bedding (up to a Queen Size Comforter), Jackets, etc.. The bag is considered 1 load so be mindful when placing your items in the bulk bag. Please see our examples of the size load by clicking on the blue bag picture.

Q - What can be put in the Wash and Fold Bag?

Q - How can I customize my wash?

A - Our Wash and Fold bags are designed to hold UP TO 15 lbs of Everyday Washable Clothing items. You may wash Everyday clothes, children's clothes, washable workout clothes, bedding, throw blankets, and towels.

A - We know how important your laundry is to you so at A Bee Laundry we provide options for Laundry Detergent and Dryer Sheets in Hypoallergenic or Fresh Scented. During checkout, you will be able to choose your detergent options along with providing details on wash and dry temperatures along with any additional instructions. At this time we DO NOT OFFER Hang Dry Service or Hanging Services. A Bee Laundry is committed to our customers and want to provide the best experience possible.

Q - What items can be washed in the Bulk Blue Bag

Q - What is your protection policy for loss?

A - A Bee Laundry will always strive for perfection but in the event of something missing or damaged we will work with you to locate the items and discuss the possible damage. For damaged items, please contact support with photos and a brief description of the issue and we will investigate this further. A Bee Laundry is not liable for normal wear and tear like:
- Shrinkage
- Piling
- Broken or Lost Button / Clasp
- Color Fading

Missing or Damaged items must be reported within 72 hrs from the date of delivery. You must report this to support via email or text. We will work with you on locating the missing items and/or discussing the damaged items. If the item is not recovered within 10 days, we will consider the item lost and follow our protocol outlined in the terms and conditions.

Exceptions to this policy include:
- Socks
- Items left in pockets or laundry bags.
- These items may include, keys, toys, money, Air pods, jewelry, watches, Credit Cards, wallets etc..

A Bee Laundry will not be liable for any such item.

Are there items that CANNOT be washed?

A Bee Laundry is committed to providing the best customer experience and to ensure your items are the freshest they can be. We are unable to process certain items due to nature of the item.

- Shoes
- Wedding Gowns
- Specialty Care Clothing
- Costumes
- Curtains
- Large Rugs
- Sleeping Bag
- Hats
- Cloth Diapers
- Soiled Bedding
- Wet or Damp items
- Soiled Training pants
- Soiled Thinx/Period Underwear

We will not accept an order that contains:
- Bed Bugs, Lice or any other insects
- Human or Pet Soil such as: Urine, Feces, Vomit, Blood etc..
- Hazardous Chemical Residue
- Excessively Soiled
- Excessive Pet Hair
- Motor Oil or Cooking Oil

We reserve the right to refuse items at pick up or the items may be returned unprocessed.

A - To ensure your items are cleaned properly, A Bee Laundry's Wash and Fold Bag is designed to hold up to 15 pounds of laundry. Clothes should not be compressed in the bag and should be able to be zipped easily. Having space in the bag allows room for freshly washed laundry to fit neatly and unwrinkled back in the bag. If the bag is bulging, the weight is over 15 lbs., and items do not fit in the machine, an "Overstuffed Item" fee will be assessed in the amount of $15. We do offer bags for purchase and have a Bulk Bag option for those larger items that will not fit in your Wash and Fold bag.
